30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it;
- Unworn, unused, and with original tags attached;
- In its original packaging;
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged during transit;
- The item is defective;
- The wrong item was received;
- The product has another quality-related issue caused by us.
In such cases, Fairlune will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at admin@fairlune.shop so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants);
- Custom or personalized products;
- Personal care items (such as beauty products);
- Hazardous materials;
- Flammable liquids or gases.
Please contact us if you have questions about whether your item is eligible for return.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for:
- Sale items;
- Gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item. Once the return has been approved and processed, you may place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must be:
- Unused and unworn;
- In its original packaging;
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
This right does not affect any other rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
